Assalamualaikum cikgu.. nak bertanye mengenai masalah saye nie dalam ubuntu

1. saya baru je install versi 5.10 ubuntu nie, tapi bila saya running browser firefox dan mozila kedua2nye akan hilang secara automatik bila saya mengklik mana2 laman web. kenapa dan macam mana nak selesaikan masalah nie?

2. saya dah download firefox versi 2.0 dalam format tar.gz macam mana syaa nak install program nie?

3. kalau boleh cikgu sediakan list dalam linux untuk beberapa jenis fail dalam linux... kengkadang nak install tapi tak reti sangat cam fail jenis tar.gz, tar, bin dan sebagainye...

Masalah saya pula ialah..bila saya jalankan sudo apt-get install clamav pada terminal..ianya kuar seperti ini..E: Could not get lock /var/lib/dpkg/lock - open (11 Resource temporarily unavailable)
E: Unable to lock the administration directory (/var/lib/dpkg/), is another process using it?

Napa yerk?Apa mslhnya?

Extract the compressed archive and run firefox.
